As a small business we want you to love your purchase, however we have the following returns policy;

You have 21 days from receiving your order to inform us of your wish to return. In the first instance you need to send an email that includes the following information;

1. Date and place of purchase with confirmation of payment.

2. A full description of the item including style and colour.

3. Reason for the return.

We shall then provide you with a return address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to guarantee that the item arrives safely and in excellent condition.

We shall confirm when the item has arrived safely, the condition has been checked and the next step be it replacement/credit note or refund.

Our business operates Mon-Fri 10am til 4pm.
